The intern program is a dynamic opportunity to expand knowledge and create a better understanding of working directly with patient populations experiencing mental health concerns. The intern program highlights trauma-informed practices while also recognizing the impact of macro level issues on functioning. The intern program is for students who desire to obtain their LMSW after graduation and better understand employment options where they can eventually pursue clinical supervision. The preferred intern will have an interest in being at this site and will not hesitate to take initiative in completing goals.
